Barista Skills (SCA CSP) Foundation Level
We believe in plenty of hands-on practice time. We want you to leave the class with enough practice time that you have built muscle memory and are capable of executing the skills learned with proficiency.
This Specialty Coffee Association course – This course is designed to introduce core Barista Skills to people with little or no previous experience. When this course is complete, you will be able to calibrate grinders, make an espresso and a cappuccino according to standards and best practice.

We begin at 9 am, Lunch will be included (Vegan option available)
This is part of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Coffee Skills Program (CSP). Written and Practical exams are provided and upon passing will earn 5 points towards CSP Diploma.
