SCA CSP Brewing Intermediate Level
This Specialty Coffee Association course, Brewing Intermediate Level is designed to introduce the concept of scientifically measuring coffee extraction and to explore the elements of coffee brewing, brewing intermediate helps the coffee professional manipulate brew techniques to improve coffee quality. Brewing Foundation is a recommended pre-requisite but not mandatory.
All coffee brewed during this course will be measured and charted by the AST for Strength and Extraction.

This is part of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Coffee Skills Program (CSP). Written and Practical exams are provided and upon passing will earn 10 points towards CSP Diploma.
